Who We Are

LowersHVAC is an independent, data-driven technical library built by James Walker, NATE-Certified HVAC Installation Professional (#NATE-58291) with 14 years of field experience in residential and light commercial HVAC installation and service. James has prepared over 900 bid packages for projects ranging from single-zone heat pump replacements to full-home multi-zone HVAC system designs. He has consulted on 5 HVAC-related insurance claim proceedings involving equipment failure and improper installation disputes.

Our data contributors include licensed mechanical engineers (PE), NATE-certified technicians, ACCA-certified HVAC designers, and EPA 608-certified refrigerant handling professionals. Every specification sheet on LowersHVAC is cross-checked against current manufacturer published datasheets and applicable ASHRAE/ACCA/AHRI testing standards.

Our Methodology
